Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an item that has an operational problem or has an error of construction, it will be replaced as soon as we receive the damaged item by mail. If the item you ordered does not have the requirements that you look for your show, no problems. This item must be returned in perfect conditions with original packaging and instructions within 30 days from the time it was purchased.
Before sending the package, in either case, you must contact us by phone or email to request a return authorization number. Packages we receive without the number will not be accepted and will be returned. All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
As soon M.Y. Magic Shop has completed the necessary inspections of the product, the customer will receive a store credit of the value of the item(without the cost of shipping) for a future purchase.
Examples of items that will not be accepted:
DVD with broken seal.
An item that has been used, scratched, etc.
Items without instructions.
Items with missing pieces.

We will dispatch orders made on or before 3:00pm EST each working day, no orders will be dispatched during the weekends and holidays. Most of our orders will be processed and shipped the same day, otherwise it will be sent within 1 to 5 days after we receive the order.
Here in M.Y. Magic Shop we offer all possible means to get your package to you on time; this means that you can choose one of the following: USPS, Priority Mail, Fed Ex and UPS, you can make your selection at the time of checkout. The shipping and handling costs will be calculated by weight, the shipping zone and will be awarded upon checkout.
